Maryland Wealth Manager Expands DC Presence

Maryland-based Glass Jacobson, the CPA and wealth management firm, is expanding its presence in the Washington, DC metro area by merging in a smaller firm, OneSource Financial Services.

The transaction is effective immediately and sees Michael Creamer, president of OneSource, become a principal of Glass Jacobson.

Creamer has 19 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and 14 years as a Certified Financial Planner. He provides investment advisory, financial planning and risk management services to clients, as well as accounting services to small and mid-size businesses.

The addition of Creamer follows the appointment of Robert Cohen as a principal in June, responsible for managing and growing the firm’s tax preparation services as well as its presence in the Washington, DC metro region.

Founded in 1962 as a traditional CPA firm, Glass Jacobson has since added services such as investment management and developed into a wealth manager.
