Man Group Moves To New HQ In London

George Osborne, the UK finance minister, opened Man Group’s new international headquarters in London last week.
In the past month Man has gradually moved nearly 1000 staff members to Riverbank House, the new £250 million (about $403 million) development on the banks of the River Thames. The building was completed in May this year and houses 325,000 square feet of space over ten floors.
Osborne was thanking Man for staying in the UK when he cut the red ribbon at the official opening, a spokesperson for the company confirmed.
Man’s previous base, Sugar Quay, was located further down the river, near Tower Bridge. The firm managed $71 billion of client assets at the end of last month, up from $69 billion in the previous quarter.
