Citigroup has appointed Raymond Nolte as chief executive of its hedge funds of funds group as from 1 September. He will be responsible for the Hedge Forum product, the group's single manager platform. Mr Nolte will be based in New York and will report to David Vogel, chief executive of Citigroup's global funds of funds group. Mr Nolte joins from Deutsche Bank where he was a managing director and vice chairman of the Deutsche Bank absolute return strategies fund of funds and the single manager hedge fund business.
