London-Based Law Firm Names New Head Of Residential Property

Howard Kennedy, which serves high net worth individuals and families, has expanded its residential real estate team.

Law firm Howard Kennedy has added Pervaze Ahmed to its residential real estate team as a partner and head of residential property.

Ahmed was previously a partner at Charles Russell and Blake Morgan in London. In the past 24 months he has bought and sold houses and flats for clients exceeding £100 million ($124.8 million), including the purchase of a house in Eaton Square for in excess of £25 million, Howard Kennedy said in a statement.

He has a “strong” track record in all aspects of prime and super-prime residential property, having acted for high net worth individuals, families, companies, trust companies, trustees, investment and trading companies, and banks, Howard Kennedy added. Ahmed also has a client base throughout the UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

“Pervaze is recognised as one of the leading residential property lawyers in London and he will be a real asset to the firm and our clients. He will also play a significant role in HK One – Howard Kennedy’s concierge service for high net worth clients with complex legal needs,” said Julian Hindmarsh, partner and chairman of Howard Kennedy's real estate team.
