London Law Firm Opens in Dubai

LG, the London-based law firm, has opened an office in Dubai to serve as a base from which to service clients in the Gulf region, India and southeast Asia. Known as Lawrence Graham before its rebranding as LG earlier this year, the top 50 firm has only one other international arm, in Monaco. James Foster is the first resident partner in LG’s Dubai office. He is supported by other partners and lawyers across the firm’s Corporate and Finance, Private Capital, and Construction and Projects practices, who will continue working across the region. Andrew Young, head of LG's International Private Capital, said: "Dubai is a critical hub for servicing the international estate, trust, tax and wealth planning requirements of our clients and their advisors. LG's office will enable us to further strengthen our important relationships in the region."
