Lockton Strengthens Washington DC Office With New Account Exec

Lockton, the US financial services firm,
has appointed Shelly
Horwitz as a new account executive within its retirement
and financial services subsidiaries Lockton Investment Advisors
and Lockton Financial Advisors.
Horwitz will be primarily responsible for the Washington DC
office's clients, including private and public companies and
non-profit organizations. She will be designing benefits plans,
reviewing and analyzing investments, and performing due diligence
with plan sponsors, committees and boards of directors.
"We began building a consulting practice in our DC office to meet
the fiduciary needs of our plan sponsor clients and the wealth
accumulation needs of their valued employees,"
Tom Clark, vice president of Lockton's Washington DC office,
said in a statement.
Horwitz joins the company from Principal Financial Group, where she was a client relationship manager responsible for over $700 million in assets. Lockton's Washington DC branch manages approximately $3 billion in qualified plan assets for 60 clients.
