Local Man to Chair Channel Islands Wealth Manager

London-listed and headquartered broker, advisor and wealth manager Collins Stewart has appointed Martin Bralsford as chairman of its Channel Islands and Isle of Man portfolio management, stockbroking and funds business. He is the former chief executive of CI Traders, until recently a UK-listed Channel Islands public company with turnover of approximately £330 million ($672 million) and some 3,500 employees engaged in leisure, retail and wholesale distribution and property businesses, mainly in the Channel Islands. He has served as a non-executive member of the boards of NatWest Offshore and Lloyds TSB Channel Islands and currently has board appointments with Close Brothers Protected VCT plc (chairman), Admiral Holdings in Guernsey and Computer Patent Annuities Holdings in Jersey.
