Lloyds Banking Group Names UK Private Banking Chief As Scottish Chair
Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Philip Grant, managing director of UK private banking, as chair of the group’s Scottish executive committee, succeeding Archie Kane, who is to retire.
Grant has also held roles at the Bank of Scotland and is currently president of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
In his new role Grant will report to António Horta-Osório, the group chief executive.
