Lloyds's Private Bank Key Clients Head Leaves Firm, Confirming Media Speculation

The head of the key clients segment at Lloyds TSB's private banking arm, who left the role as reported last week, has left the firm completely, the bank said yesterday.

Last week, a Lloyds spokesperson told this publication that Malcolm Glaister was still an employee of the bank after leaving the post, when asked about media reports that he was taking up a position outside Lloyds.

Glaister had been based in the London office but reported to Philip Grant in Edinburgh.

At this stage it is unclear what Glaister’s future plans might be.
