LGT Vestra Appoints Head Of International

The firm is looking to expand its operations to clients with global interests.
Privately-owned wealth manager LGT Vestra has
appointed Valentina Tacchino as head of international. This
appointment is part of LGT Vestra’s long-term plan to serve the
needs of its clients with global interests, it said.
At LGT Vestra, Tacchino will build an international team and
strengthen cooperation with LGT international offices, the firm
said in a statement.
Tacchino joins LGT Vestra from Kleinwort Benson, where she spent
five years setting up and developing the international team
looking after UK-resident non-domiciled clients, as well as
international clients.
Prior to Kleinwort Benson,Valentina spent seven years at the
London office of Clariden Leu, where she was head of the
UK-resident non-domiciled team. Valentina joined Clariden Leu
from Schroders Private Banking, where she spent 11 years.

multifaceted needs of international individuals and families,”
said David Scott, chairman. “Her trusted and respected approach
working with international clients further broadens and
strengthens our bespoke offering to clients. We are delighted to
welcome Valentina to LGT Vestra."
LGT Vestra has around £9 billion ($11.95 billion) in assets under
management.
This publication has reported on LGT Vestra’s expansion in the
UK. In July,
the firm appointed Adam Brownlee as senior wealth manager, a
newly-created role. Also in August,
LGT Vestra US became an official UK founding partner of the
Jacksonville Jaguars, the UK’s NFL home team.
