Lawrence Graham Makes Four London Promotions

International law firm Lawrence Graham has promoted four London-based lawyers to partner level, effective from 1 May.
Rose Chamberlayne, a private capital associate, develops and advises on wealth preservation structures for ultra high net worth families in various jurisdictions. She joined LG in 2006 and worked at Simmons & Simmons for four years before that, the firm said.
Chamberlayne focuses on family governance and has recently been involved with the creation and drafting of the Bahamas Executive Entity – a new instrument designed to resolve governance issues in fiduciary and wealth management structures.
Jon Lent, a finance associate who initially joined the firm in 2003, specialises in real estate, hotel and healthcare financing transactions in the UK and Europe.
Carole Peet and Caroline Walker are a consultant and real estate associate respectively. Peet is based in the firm’s real estate practice and specialises in contentious property, while Walker, who joined the firm in 2002, deals with all aspects of transactional real estate, with a particular focus on the real estate investment market.
The promotions follow the arrival of four new external partners in the last month, including: Emma Jordan in dispute resolution and Matthew East, Simon Elphick and John Fox in finance. Monaco-based Nathalie Tanzi was also promoted to partner in February.
