Law Firm Adds To Tax Team
SBKG, the Paris, Marseille and London-based law firm, has added Caroline Couzineau to its tax department.
Couzineau joins from Pierre & Vacances, where she was tax director. Before this she spent a decade at Landwell law firm. She is an expert in real estate tax, as well as mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
SBKG’s tax department is lead by Philippe Schmidt. The firm employs a total of 40 people, including around thirty lawyers.
