The professional services firm Kinetic Partners has appointed Pierre Bourlatchka as a director of the firm with a view to boosting the firm’s service capabilities across its entire risk offerings.

Bourlatchka will join the risk management, consulting and monitoring team based in London. He joins Kinetic Partners from F&C Asset Management, where he worked in the alternative investment market risk team, with a focus on AI risk management and reporting.

Prior to this, Bourlatchka worked in risk management and quantitative analysis at Deephaven Capital Management, covering volatility and convertibles bonds, high yield and fixed income and credit derivatives funds. He has also worked at Allianz-Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein on the equity derivatives quantitative desk.
