Kinetic Partners, a provider of professional services to the asset management, investment banking and broking industries, has continued its recent expansion by opening an office in Jersey, the firm’s first in the Channel Islands. 

The St Helier office will be headed by Kinetic director Malin Nilsson. He specialises in regulatory compliance, including governance, systems and controls, risk management and suitability, KYC and anti-money laundering, as well as forensic investigations.

This is the third new office for Kinetic in recent months, with an office opened in Hong Kong and the acquisition of AB Fund Services, a Luxembourg-based fund advisory firm, earlier this year.

Launched in 2005, Kinetic has approximately 140 staff across its offices in London, Dublin, Grand Cayman, New York, Geneva, Hong Kong, Luxembourg and now the Channel Islands.
