Khan Investment Management Appoints Head For New Mongolia Office

Khan Investment Management, the Cayman-based investment advisory firm, has brought in an industry veteran to head its new representative office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Narantuguldur Saijrakh resigned from his role as general manager of Asia Pacific Securities, the brokerage and dealing arm of Asia Pacific Investment Partners, to focus on being director of Khan Investment Management.

Saijrakh will lead the firm's new office in the Mongolian capital and continue to provide strategic advice to Khan Mongolia Equity Fund, the open-ended investment vehicle that invests in Mongolia related equities listed both locally and internationally.

Prior to Asia Pacific Securities, Saijrakh was in the corporate finance division of Frontier Securities, the Mongolian investment bank. He is also a certified capital markets professional registered with the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia and a licenced trader on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

Khan Investment Management was established to promote the Khan Mongolia Equity Fund and provides global investors access to a range of Mongolia-focused investment opportunities.
