JTC Names New UK And Ireland Head For Institutional Client Services

The latest moves and appointments at global professional services provider JTC, which has expertise in fund, corporate and private client services.

JTC has appointed Melanie Herbert (pictured) as the regional head of UK and Ireland for its institutional client services (ICS) division.

Herbert's financial services' experience has been gained through her career in alternative asset management and fund administration, most recently as jurisdictional head of private equity at Aztec Group.

Herbert’s career includes M&A integration and expertise in corporate alignment, the firm said in a statement. Her background includes both large and boutique fund managers, spanning hedge, infrastructure, and private equity.

In this newly-created role, Herbert will bring together over 200 colleagues, working in five offices, supporting clients across the region to maximise their potential by leveraging the wider group capabilities.

“To achieve our ambitious goals over the coming years, we need to be better connected than ever and continue to invest in our people in order to support our clients’ growing needs and own growth ambitions. With Melanie on board I am confident that we will achieve this across the UK and Ireland,” Dean Blackburn, group head of ICS, said.
