JTC Names New Jersey Private Client Head

Jersey-headquartered JTC, a publicly listed, global professional services business with expertise in fund, corporate and private client services, makes senior promotion.
JTC has promoted Mark Fleming (pictured) to the position of head of private client services in Jersey.
In his new role, Fleming will be responsible for the Jersey team’s activities within JTC’s private client services (PCS) division, the firm said in a statement. He will work with colleagues across the firm’s international network to continue developing and evolving JTC’s proposition for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and families, in line with its global growth strategy.
Fleming is taking over the role from Paul Weir, who has moved to a new position within JTC’s group risk and compliance team.
Having joined JTC in 2020, Fleming was previously deputy head of private client services in Jersey, the firm continued. He began his career as a chartered accountant with one of the ‘big four’ and has also spent over a decade working for a bank-owned trust company.
At JTC, Fleming has a particular focus on clients based in the UK and Europe, and is heavily involved in fiduciary structures involving family offices that hold private and quoted investments, luxury assets and commercial property through a range of trusts and companies.
“Mark has extensive experience within the global private client space, and I have no doubt that he will lead our Jersey team to build on its excellent performance and maintain its market-leading position,” Iain Johns, group head of PCS, JTC, said.
