JP Morgan Adds Chicago Business Heavyweight To Board

Wall Street giant JP Morgan Chase & Co has added James Bell, chief financial officer and executive vice president of the Chicago-based aerospace firm The Boeing Company, to its board of directors and audit committee.

Bell oversees Boeing Capital Corporation, the company’s customer finance subsidiary, and Boeing Shared Services, a division to provide internal services across its global enterprise. He is also a member of the board of directors of US-listed Dow Chemical Company, the Chicago Urban League, World Business Chicago and the Chicago Economics Club.

The company also recently announced that Ian Henderson, its UK natural resources funds manager, is to step down from the daily running of the vehicles next year after nearly 20 years in the position.
