John Hancock Introduces New Tool For Financial Advisors

John Hancock Retirement Plans Services has introduced a new online tool that aims to help financial advisors better identify client needs.

Coach's Corner, the new tool, is launched under the PRIME Elements program, which specializes in the management of 401(k) plans.

"In the qualified retirement industry, no two opportunities are exactly alike. Every plan has different needs, circumstances and objectives. One size does not fit all," Andrew Ross, the senior vice president for marketing, said in a statement.

"We're empowering financial representatives to clearly demonstrate the value they're bringing their clients by helping them prepare the most relevant, customized solution possible."

Coach's Corner's three key components include the Scouting Report, which deals with statistics on a prospective client's pension plan, the Custom Playbook, which builds a report on possible client approaches based on a series of questions, and the Game Day Strategy, which offers tailored approaches depending on the customer's needs.
