JO Hambro Capital Management Names New CEO

There's change at the top of the asset management house, which is owned by Australia's Perpetual.
J O Hambro Capital Management, the UK-based firm overseeing £17 billion ($23 billion) – as of 30 June 2025 – has appointed Bill Street as its new CEO, with immediate effect.
The appointment, which is subject to regulatory approval, is part
of a refreshed group strategy from JOHCM’s parent company
Perpetual Limited, JOHCM said in a statement late last week.
Street, who has more than 34 years of investment management
experience, has worked for firms including State Street
Global Advisors, PwC, Quintet Private Bank, Unicredito, and JP
Morgan.
Clare Forster – the previous chief executive – is
remaining on the firm’s executive committee, supporting
Street in his move to the CEO slot; she will continue to serve on
her group entity board roles.
The UK-regulated firm operates from offices in London, Singapore,
New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Dublin, Paris and Frankfurt. The
parent firm Perpetual is listed in Australia and headquartered in
Sydney.
