Jersey Trust Company Names Trio Of Directors

Jersey Trust Company, the provider of wealth and financial services, has made a trio of director appointments as part of its continuing expansion plans.

Saffron Harrop who works in the private client services area of the business has been named a group director of the firm. In her role Harrop works on a number of structures where JTC plays a role in running the clients’ underlying businesses.

Meanwhile Wendy Holley, head of human resources and operations has been named as a director responsible for the daily operations of the JTC Group which covers 150 staff located in six jurisdictions.

Finally Miranda Lansdowne, who joined JTC in October 2007, is now a director in the corporate services area. She has principal responsibility for JTC’s fund administration practice, working with fund clients whose assets include real estate, private equity and renewable energy.

Last year in August the firm acquired Caversham Fiduciary Services, the specialist wealth management firm, as part of a strategic move that enabled it to sharply increase the size of its existing private wealth practice.
