The group has been expanding briskly. For example, it has pushed into the US market with acquisitions, and is now present in 24 jurisdictions.
IQ-EQ, the investor
services group that has expanded rapidly in recent years, has
named Emma Crabtree as its group chief commercial officer.
With more than 26 years’ experience in financial service
institutions, most recently she was global head of sales of a
custodian securities services provider.
The group employs a total of more than 3,600 people in 24
jurisdictions and has assets under administration of more than
$500 billion.
The group has been expanding. In 2021 the firm bought Greyline
Partners, LLC, a US provider of governance and regulatory
compliance solutions for private equity and venture capital
funds, hedge funds and investors. That acquisition follows those
of Constellation Advisers and Concord Trust Company earlier in
2021. Among other developments, IQ-EQ appointed Joanna Macleod as
its new group chief operating officer last year. In September
2021 the firm appointed Alex Dean – the firm’s first UK head of
private wealth.
