Invesco Hires Head of Fixed Income

Invesco, the US-listed investment manager, has hired Gregory McGreevey as head of fixed income.
From next week McGreevey will be based in Atlanta and report to Karen Dunn Kelley, senior managing director. He will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of the business.
Previously McGreevey was president of Hartford Investment Management and executive vice president and chief investment officer of the Hartford Financial Services Group. Prior to that, he was vice chairman and executive vice president of ING Investment Management.
In other related news, last month Invesco appointed Sergio Trezzi and Miguel Rona to jointly head its retail business across continental Europe as it moves to grow its cross-border fund range. In their new roles Trezzi and Rona report to Invesco’s chief executive for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, James Robertson.
