Invesco Assigns CIO To Manage Global Fund As Two Depart

UK-based Invesco Perpetual has announced its chief investment officer Nick Mustoe will manage the firm’s Global Equity Income Fund, following the recent departure of Paul Boyne and Doug McGraw.

Mustoe, who will be supported by Invesco’s Global Equity Group, will resume management of the Global Equity Fund with immediate effect, and will continue to do so until the firm finds his replacement sometime in the New Year.

The changes follow the decision made by the fund’s previous managers, Boyne and McGraw, to accept an opportunity with a firm in North America, the firm said in a statement.

In other recent moves, earlier this month, Invesco confirmed the departure of sales director Craig Newman and sales manager Simon Dale.
