Online brokerage firm Internaxx Bank has joined the trend of financial houses embracing mobile technology by launching smart-phone applications for iPhone and Android devices.

Online brokerage firm Internaxx Bank has joined the trend of financial houses embracing mobile technology by launching smart-phone applications for iPhone and Android devices.

The TD Internaxx App is available to download for free on both platforms. Users can check their portfolios and invest real-time in stocks, exchange traded funds and mutual funds, Internaxx Bank said in a statement.

Apps for other devices, such as the iPad, are also planned, the firm said.

Internaxx Bank is owned by TD Bank Group, a subsidiary of Canada’s Toronto-Dominion Bank.
