International Law Firm Hires To Spearhead New Asian Office

International law firm Eversheds has appointed corporate partner Nick Seddon to establish an integrated office for the firm in Hong Kong.

Mr Seddon, previously of Heller Ehrman and DLA Piper, will join the firm on 1 October.

Bryan Hughes, chief executive designate of Eversheds, who negotiated the new signing, said: “The importance of Hong Kong as a worldwide centre for finance and trade is such that, as an international law firm, we need to have a presence in the area, particularly to further our growth in Asia.”

Eversheds told WealthBriefing that the Asian office will focus on corporate law and is following the same model as the firm implemented in Shanghai.
