International Accounting, Advisory Network Adds Two Firms

Baker Tilly International, the accountancy and advisory network, has added a Danish and a Ghanaian firm to its roster of member firms as it continues to expand internationally.

Athos, a Danish audit, tax and advisory services business, has now been renamed Baker Tilly Copenhagen.

Part of Baker Tilly Copenhagen’s offering includes advising expats, high net worth individuals and privately-held businesses, as well as providing audit and tax advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Meanwhile, Baker Tilly Andah + Andah has become the network’s first member firm in Ghana. It focuses mainly on audit, but provides accounting, taxation, corporate finance, due diligence/transaction support and management consultancy services. 

Baker Tilly International is a global network of 149 independent accounting and business advisory firms 125 countries, has been busily expanding its international network in recent times. In February the firm launched a member firm in Slovakia in a bid to boost its coverage in Central Europe.

Bratislava-based Baker Tilly Slovakia focuses on audit and accounting, but has a five-year growth plan in place to develop both tax and transaction support.
