Indosuez WM Launches Asia Edition Of Next Generation Programme

The launch brought together a diverse cohort from many countries worldwide to cultivate stewardship and entrepreneurial vision.

Paris-based Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, has launched the Asia edition of its next generation programme, Indosuez Academy. The programme equips future business leaders with the skills to seize and manage opportunities unique to family businesses.

The Asia edition, with the theme “Leading with Intent and Purpose,” follows the Academy’s inauguration, which was hosted at the INSEAD Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France last year.

Indosuez Wealth Management partnered with business school INSEAD to design the Academy’s programme. The Academy’s first edition in Asia was held at INSEAD’s Asia Campus in Singapore from 26 to 29 October 2026. The participants, primarily children and grandchildren of the bank’s clients, came from around the globe, including Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and America, the firm said in a statement.

“For over 150 years, Indosuez has guided global families through complex cross-generational transitions,” Mathieu Ferragut, deputy CEO of Indosuez Wealth Management, said. “Bringing together a diverse 2026 cohort from multiple countries, this programme is designed to cultivate strong stewardship and entrepreneurial vision.”

“As Asia undergoes a massive intergenerational wealth transfer, the Academy’s launch in our region is very timely,” Laurent Proutière (pictured left), chief executive officer, Asia, Indosuez Wealth Management, added. “Business founders are increasingly focused on succession planning, and Indosuez is committed to supporting this next generation of leaders. Through this bespoke programme, we accompany future family business leaders along their journey as they shape their vision and objectives and step up to guide their legacies.”

The programme provided an immersive curriculum that equipped participants with resilient leadership, crisis communication, and governance skills to balance legacy preservation with strategic growth and innovation.

“The programme provided a safe space for the participants to have their assumptions challenged, learn from each other and reflect on how they lead and make decisions,” Antoine Duvauchelle (pictured right), programme director at INSEAD added.
