Indian Wealth Manager Appoints Chief Growth, People Officer

The group has appointed an experienced figure from India’s wealth sector that covers business development, revenue practice management and talent strategy.
360 ONE,
an Indian wealth, asset manager and capital markets group,
has appointed Abhishek Bhalotia (main picture) as chief growth
and people officer.
Prior to this, Bhalotia worked at Kotak Group, where he spent
more than three decades in leadership roles. Most recently, he
served as national business head for Kotak Bank's private banking
business.
The firm has $82 billion in assets under management.
In his new position, Bhalotia will drive two agendas: business
development, revenue practice management and growth across
360 ONE's wealth, asset management and capital businesses, and
the firm's people strategy. His growth remit covers client
segments including ultra-high net worth, HNW and non-resident
Indian (NRI) clients, alongside institutional mandates across the
group's priority geographies.
At Kotak Group, Bhalotia's roles, in India and international
markets, covered private banking, institutional sales, asset
management, and equity and fixed income sales and trading, as
well as proprietary investment management.
360 ONE serves more than 8,900 families and corporates. Its
capital markets arm, formerly B&K Securities, operates as a
mid-cap brokerage and SEBI-registered merchant bank.
