Pramerica Asset Managers, the Indian asset management business of Prudential Financial, has appointed Mahendra Jajoo as head of fixed income.

Jajoo brings over 19 years of experience to the company and has previously served key positions in Tata AMC, ABN Amro Group and ICICI. In his new role, he will be responsible for the investment management of all fixed income products. He will report to Vijai Mantri, the managing director and chief executive officer of the firm.

Based in Mumbai, Pramerica is currently working to offer a full range of mutual fund and investment products in the next months, including domestic and international mutual funds to the Indian sector.
