The British bank has introduced a high-end bespoke service for high net worth clients.

HSBC has launched an invite-only membership programme providing personalised wealth management services to clients with over £500,000 ($637,000) in cash savings and/or investments.

Jade by HSBC Premier will offer on-demand financial advice, “enhanced” personal banking services and exclusive lifestyle experiences, the firm said. Other benefits will include immediate access to wealth management experts and priority servicing. 

Members will be assigned a dedicated premier client manager, who will work closely with them to understand their financial circumstances and tailor HSBC wealth services accordingly, drawing in specialists from business areas such as investments, insurance, property and foreign currency.

Jade members will also be offered luxury lifestyle privileges, including access to professional lifestyle managers from concierge service Quintessentially as well as exclusive benefits from Etihad Airways, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Small Luxury Hotels of the World and luxury online fashion shop Mytheresa.com.
