HSBC Republic Investments has launched a fund of hedge fund range in Switzerland. The HSBC AdvantEdge range will include funds with a geographic focus such as Asia, Emerging Markets, Europe, Japan and the US as well as strategy specific macro and technology funds. Each of the funds has between six and 15 underlying investment managers. Minimum investment in these funds is $25,000. Clients can invest in the funds in a variety of currencies including the dollar, euro and yen.
