Hong Kong property firm Villa Partners International has launched a new luxury club that targets Singapore and Hong Kong's high net worth investors.

LUXLife, the private destination club founded by luxury real estate specialist Gary Ferraro, offers its investors and members a choice between getting a luxury villa or a set of leisure services.

The firm's leisure ticket gives members exclusive access to private yachts and jets, boutique resorts, concierge services, private islands, and other country clubs across Asia. Luxury properties include the Andara Luxury Villas in Phuket, the St Regis Residences Bali's oceanfront villas, and real estate assets at the Ocean Front, Sentosa, Singapore, among others.

"Not only does this provide an unrivalled luxury leisure experience, it is also a revolutionary lifestyle investment for members," said Mr Ferraro in a statement.

Membership, which costs between HK$1.4 million to HK$4 million, is by invitation only.
