Hilliard Lyons picks Metavante for trust processing

Broker's trust inks wealth management outsourcing deal with Metavante, M&I. Hilliard Lyons Trust Company has selected Metavante for trust technology and trust-operations processing through M&I Trust.

Hilliard Lyons Trust Company will implement Metavante's web-based TrustDesk wealth-management platform to support front-office tools and run daily accounting and record-keeping applications.
Using TrustDesk "Hilliard Lyons Trust Company can increase their front-office capacity to attract, develop and retain key client relationships while spending less time on operational responsibilities," according to Brian Robinson head of Metavante's wealth-management support unit. "Wealth-management providers operate in an increasingly complex environment driven by regulatory requirements and escalating client expectations for high-touch service and tailored investment products."
M&I Trust is a subsidiary of Milwaukee-based Marshall & Ilsley; Metavante used to be -- Marshall & Ilsley spun it off about a year ago.
