Feldman, formerly a real-estate and corporate-litigation attorney with Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based law firm Jackier Gould, will lead Schechter Wealth's life-insurance settlement business and work to help the industry as a whole focus on document standardization, transaction transparency, and full compensation disclosure.
