HedgeCo Securities Launches Turnkey Forex Investment Service

A subsidiary ofHedgeCo, the US hedge fund database, has introduced a turnkey foreign exchange investment service from Currensee, a network of foreign exchange traders, in a bid to tap into currency markets.

The Currensee Trade Leaders Investment Program is described as an alternative for family offices and other assets gatherers that are looking to make use of the $4 trillion daily currency market.

Through the program, accredited investors in the HedgeCo Securities network get online access to the “Currensee Trade Leaders” network, which is a group of forex traders recruited by Currensee. Through this, investors can create forex portfolios by selecting individual currency traders based on criteria such as track record, trading strategy and risk management practices.

Clients also have access to the Risk Management Control Center, which allows them to specify maximum drawdown and set leverage requirements for each forex trader.

“The volatility of the stock market is creating new opportunities for managers to look outside of equities and fixed income for an uncorrelated asset class that provides the ability to diversify,” said Evan Rapoport, chief executive of HedgeCo Securities.
