Leo Fund Managers, the London-based hedge fund and private equity group, has appointed Ben Davis as head of sales and investor relations. Davis joins from StormHarbour Alternative Investments where he was partner and head of investor relations.

Prior to that role, Davis spent six years in both alternative investments marketing and research with a focus on European equity related products.

“Leo Fund Managers has a very credible 12 year track record in managing equity long-short funds and extensive experience in private equity,” Davis said.

The firm recently launched Leo Active, a fund compliant with the UCITS IV pan-European fund structure.
