Heartwood Names New Investment Director

The firm has brought over a former Citi Bank face.

Heartwood Investment Management has appointed Graham Bishop as investment director.

Bishop specialises in top-down analysis of global capital markets and multi-asset investing.

Prior to joining Heartwood, he was a global macro strategist at Citigroup, where he helped design short-and longer-term cross-asset trades and ideas.

Earlier in his career, he spent stints with Exane BNP Paribas, Royal Bank of Scotland and Cazenove Capital.

In his new role, he will lead tactical asset allocation and help manage multi-asset strategies.

“As a member of our senior team he will undoubtedly play a crucial role in Heartwood’s tactical asset allocation process and his experience will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our approach to multi asset investing,” said Noland Carter, head of Heartwood Investment Management and chief investment officer.
