Headhunter David Barrett Partners Sets Up Shop In Hong Kong

A headhunter firm has set up for business in Hong Kong, serving clients such as family offices and money managers.

The US-headquartered executive search firm David Barrett Partners, which operates in the wealth and investment space, is celebrating its ten-year anniversary along with the launch of an office in Hong Kong.

Through offices in New York, Boston, Massaschusetts, London and now Hong Kong, the firm's client base consists of traditional and alternative money managers, endowments, foundations, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Philip Williams, who has focused on the investment and wealth management sectors for 13 years, has joined as head of the new Hong Kong office.

Last year, David Barrett opened its doors in Boston, where founding partner Anne Keyser and John Knapp and Bob Gorog are based.

The firm's New York headquarters house five recruiters, including three of the founding partners - David Barrett, Darryl Adachi and Ted Kister - as well as Adwoa Taylor and Elizabeth Havens.
