Bedell Cristin has hired Jon Barclay as part of a continuing expansion of its litigation team. He was most recently a partner at another Guernsey firm, AO Hall.

Barclay’s expertise lies, his new firm says, in commercial litigation, fraud and asset tracing, corporate disputes and insolvency, trusts, regulatory and compliance issues. He is also a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers’ Association.
