Global Wealth Software Provider Poised For Singapore Launch

SS&C Technologies, the financial software and services provider, is celebrating its 25th year in the business with the launch of a new wealth product at the upcoming private banking conference in Singapore.

The Global Wealth Platform is currently being used by banking and wealth management firms in North America, Europe, and Australia, the company said in a statement. One of the more notable users of GWP is Deutsche Bank, which uses the software to manage high and ultra high net worth clients' portfolios.

"Asia-Pacific is a competitive environment for the wealth management industry, and rapid growth presents its own challenges in terms of advisor retention and cost inflation. The GWP is designed to increase advisor productivity, which we believe will resonate with private client managers in the region," Bill Stone, chairman and chief executive of SS&C, said.

GWP is designed to provide a secure, web-based multi-currency wealth management platform to support all levels of investment management from portfolio construction, to fee calculations, to advisor and client portals, and others.
