Options Group, the New York-based global executive search firm specialising in wealth management and banking, has opened its second India branch.

The new office in New Delhi-NCR addresses the growing demand for executive-level hires in the region, the company said in a statement. It will be led by Priyanka Kheterpal as executive director. Kheterpal brings over 13 years of industry experience to the role and was previously an executive recruiter at Korn/Ferry International, focusing on corporate and investment banking, private equity, wealth management, hedge funds, insurance and real estate.

She is joined by Sheetal Lal, director, and Rupali Kalra, research associate. Lal had served as principal consultant at Ma foi Randstad, an executive search firm, while Rupali joins from Convergys, a customer services and information management solutions provider.

Director Anil Sharma, previously a principal consultant and head of banking, financial services and insurance at Venator Search Partners in Mumbai, joins the Mumbai office, which is led by Raina Rawat. Raveen Shah, partner, will continue to oversee the entire India business.

Options Group actively expanded its global network over the past years with new hires and the opening of new offices in Sydney and Frankfurt. The firm also has branches in London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Newport Beach, Boston, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo. It opened an office in Mumbai in 2007.
