Global Consultant Partners With iPipeline For Wealth Tool

Indian consultancy and IT services firm Mahindra Satyam has signed a partnership with financial services solutions provider iPipeline to provide client relationship manager tools for wealth managers, according to local media.

The CRM tools will be sold to banking and financial services clients in the Middle Eastern, Asia-Pacific and Indian markets, according to a report in the Hindustan Times.

"Mahindra Satyam has a strong focus in the banking and financial services sector and we plan to actively position iPipeline CRM for Financial Services to our customers and prospects in Middle East and Asia, especially those focusing on wealth management," Rohit Gandhi, senior vice-president of Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa, at Mahindra Satyam, was quoted as saying.

"iPipeline's solution supports the cultivation of lasting, profitable relationships between a company and its clients by integrating sales, marketing and front-line service within the organisation's daily workflow. This process eliminates many of the common business issues that lead to poor customer service and missed sales opportunities," he added.
