Give2Asia, the philanthropic services firm, has opened a new office for its donors in Hong Kong.

Give2Asia Foundation provides grantmaking and philanthropy advice services while offering tax benefits to individual, foundation and corporate donors with Hong Kong-based assets. 

In a statement, the company said Hong Kong is a natural fit for the foundation given its status as a gateway to business in China. In 2012, it was also listed by Bloomberg as one of the best places to do business in the world, outdoing the Netherlands, the US, the UK and Australia.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Give2Asia has a wide network of local charity experts throughout the Asia-Pacific region and supports causes in over 23 countries. It has received over $200 million in contributions in the last 10 years.
