German Bank Unveils Six New Exchange Traded Funds

The Deutsche Bank exchange traded fund platform, db x-trackers, has announced the listing of six fixed income ETFs on the London stock exchange.
These products offer exposure to the fixed income markets across the eurozone, in addition to UK gilts and US treasuries.
“We are excited to offer the db x-trackers fixed income ETFs in the UK market for the first time. The new products provide an ideal addition to any portfolio as they maintain the liquidity and flexibility of an ETF investment, offer investors a greater level of stability, as well as provide broad exposure to the asset class,” said Manooj Mistry, head of db x-trackers UK.
The new ETFs are linked to the iBOXX sterling Gilts Total Return Index and UK Gilt Inflation-Linked Total Return Index - both for UK government bonds - the Dollar Treasuries Total Return, Inflation Linked Treasuries Index and Total Return and Treasuries 1-3 Total Return Indiex - for US government bonds - and the iBOXX Euro sovereigns Eurozone Total Return Index - representing the market for eurozone governments’ bonds of various maturities, denominated in euros.
