Geneos WM increases automation for CRM technology

Independent broker-dealer aims to offer simplest CRM tool advisors can get. Centennial, Colo.-based broker-dealer Geneos Wealth Management says it has improved automation features of its Artesian CRM 3.0 tool so that it synchronizes client data with Geneos' back-office systems, and has the ability to export data to other applications, such as LaserApp or Microsoft Office, as well as importing data from any text file.

Easy

Artesian CRM 3.0 "creates a 'one point of data entry' solution for a successful financial advisor's demanding practice," according to Geneos' chief information officer Dean Rager. "It's a remarkably robust CRM system that will save office personnel valuable time in keeping client data up to date over several applications."

Geneos says its Artesian CRM 3.0 tool -- part of a suite of web-based applications designed to minimize Geneos-affiliated advisors' infrastructure investment -- is intended to be the easiest-to-use CRM available to financial advisors.

The firm's technology offering is the product of "years of experience in the independent broker-dealer industry," says Geneos' president and CEO Russ Diachok. "I'd like to think that Geneos is building the best outsourcing solutions for the industry's best advisors."

Approximately 260 Geneos-supported independent advisors in 71 brokerage offices and 13 RIAs managed $7 billion in client assets at the end of 2007. -FWR
