Phoenix Fund Services, a specialist offshore and onshore fund administration services firm, said it has signed a deal to use financial technology of French firm Linedata Services.

Phoenix, which has offices in the UK and Ireland, said it has integrated Linedata's MShare and MPartner products into its own software systems. The move allows clients access to a transfer agency and shareholder record keeping system.

The boutique fund administrator is targeting small to medium sized funds seeking an administrator with high levels of client service and a flexible end to end software solution provided by the administrator.
