UK-listed life and pensions company Friends Provident International has implemented rhymeSIGHT BondPro, a software system developed for on/offshore companies which handles both bond administration and the underlying book of investments.

Friends Provident has adopted RhymeSIGHT BondPro with the intention of improving operational efficiency while also minimising operational risk. The system, which has been developed to meet the needs of on/offshore companies, removes the need for two disparate systems enabling an improved level of integration.

"BondPRO enables high levels of automation that reduces operational risk and improves accuracy and efficiency,” said Graham Ashworth, project director, Friends Provident International.

RhymeSIGHT BondPro is provided by Rhyme Systems, the asset management software company which is part of 3i Infotech – Western Europe.  As a whole, Indian firm 3i Infotech services customers in over 50 countries, providing data handling software for banking, capital markets, mutual funds and wealth management, as well as for retail and government bodies.
