France's Norman K Opens Luxembourg Office, Makes Hires

The European business said it wants to be a "leading" player in Luxembourg's wealth management market.
Paris-headquartered Norman K, a wealth
management and advisory firm established in 2021, has opened
a Luxembourg office.
The office adds to the firm’s Paris, Nice, London and Geneva
offices.
Nicolas L’Hermite and Nicolas Mayer joined the group at the start
of 2025 to lead and develop the Luxembourg subsidiary, as CEO and
sales director respectively.
“Our ambition is to become a leading wealth management player in
Luxembourg,” Olivier Liot, head of corporate and private banking
and co-founder of Norman K, alongside Brice Monvoisin, Mathieu
Mercati and Jean-Philippe Petit, said.
With 18 years of experience in wealth management in Luxembourg,
L’Hermite has held commercial and managerial positions within BNP
Paribas, as well as being a member of its wealth management
executive team.
Mayer, who has more than 15 years of experience in the wealth
management sector in Luxembourg, has worked at EFG, ABN AMRO
and BNP Paribas. Until recently, he served as senior wealth
manager at BNP Paribas Wealth Management Luxembourg.
The firm said it intends to grow organically this year. Its main
areas are investment, corporate advisory, financing, and wealth
solutions.
As the largest single UCITS funds hub in the European Union,
Luxembourg is also a centre for private banks. In January last
year, Luxembourg for Finance, the public/private body promoting
the European state’s financial services sector, set out
a five-year
plan to develop the centre yet further.
