Brown Advisory, the US firm, has appointed Christopher Bartlett - latterly head of global equity sales and trading at Wells Fargo - as partner at its Baltimore, MD, office, where he will serve as a senior portfolio manager to families, non-profits and other institutions across the US and globally.
Bartlett joined Wells Fargo at the end of 2008 as part of Wachovia Securities. Thorne joined from Silver Bridge Advisors, where she was a managing director and principal, as well as serving on the management committee.
